“We had a deluxe twin bed apartment which was well laid out with plenty of space but a little worn and in need of an update especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned too and we're covered with hairs but the next morning they came and gave them a good clean. Equipment in the kitchen is limited but sufficient with an old fashioned stove top kettle - not electric so not really the 'tea/coffee maker' stated. “Very clean and new. It was great to be so central and worth paying for a late check out. The lady that met us was extremely helpful and responsive to any messages. The apartment number 24A that we stayed in was ground floor and it was easy for people from the street to see in through the window at the front. The bedroom at the back looked onto a courtyard. “This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!”

“20 Nächte Top Appartment, gut geschnitten, für 3 Personen optimal, modern eingerichtet, gute Betten, gutes Bad, schöne Küche. Pool vom Hotel Gruppe durfte genutzt werden - ebenso schön angelegt. Netter Gastgeber - danke Emiliano! Wenn man etwas Kritisches sucht, wäre es die Größe des Balkons, den wir lediglich zum Trocknen von Wäsche genutzt haben.”
